What does a housing search cost?

Nothing. Renting through us is free for tenants because the landlord pays our fee. When buying, a buyer's commission only applies if you buy through us – the amount is stated in the exposé beforehand.

How long does it take to fill in?

About four minutes. Only your name, email, timeline, at least one town and your budget are required – everything else helps us search more precisely.

How fast do you reply?

Usually within four hours, Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 8 pm German time.
