No. The search is free and non-binding. A buyer's commission only applies if you buy a property through us – the amount is stated in the exposé beforehand.

How fast do you reply?

Usually within four hours, Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 8 pm German time. If you sign up in the evening or on a Sunday, we get back to you the next business morning.

Why do I have to confirm my email address?

Confirming proves the address is yours and that nobody else created a search in your name. Only after that do we send you matching listings automatically.

Do I have to tell you my equity?

No, that field is optional. It only helps us judge which properties are realistic, and it never appears in emails.

Can I change my details later?

Yes. Simply submit the form again with the same email address – we update your search instead of creating a second one.

What happens to my data?

We only use your details for your property search and for matching listings. Sellers receive your contact details only after you agree to a specific property. You can end the search at any time – a short message is enough.
